Elizabeth is the founder and creator of Meditate2Heal. She has studied meditation and yoga for over 15 years and loves to teach techniques to make meditation part of daily life. She offers individual Readings, Healings, and Coaching in addition to her classes and workshops (both live and recorded). She works with school systems and organizations to bring meditation and mindfulness techniques to students, teachers, and employees through wellness programs and workshops. A healer at heart, she loves to create the space for others to connect to their energy, to find their joy, to discover their sense of peace and calm, and have their answers. Sessions and classes with her are not only empowering and insightful, they provide vision and clarity.
Her background includes a MA in Human Services, an MBA in Finance, and a BA in Spanish. She is a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor from The Temple of Kriya Yoga and studied meditation and energy work at Invision, both in Chicago, IL. She also studied feng shui while living in Chicago, IL. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Champion through Breath For Change. In addition, as a Licensed Realtor in Massachusetts, she works for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, bringing calm to all of her clients.
When not meditating, teaching, practicing yoga, or working, she enjoys walking, reading, laughing, and spending time with family and friends.
