Ginney Hitchon, Yoga Instructor and EFT/Tapping Coach
Every once in a while you cross paths with an amazing healer and when you are able to recognize it in the moment, it is even better. Ginney is one of those healers. When you work with her, you are gifted with her knowledge of the topic as well as her neutrality to see and hear you. Ginney was the one who pointed me in the direction of honoring and honing my own abilities and she continues to teach and inspire me as I watch her continue to grow, learn, teach, and coach others. She is certified through the 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and has also studied Yin Yoga, Trauma Yoga, Grief Yoga, Yoga for Veterans and Meditation. She is currently studying Energy Medicine Yoga and further Yin Yoga, as well as EFT (tapping) coaching. Ginney has taught yoga for more than 20 years and also has a background in energy work in addition to 20 plus years of experience in the corporate world as a Recruiter. When it comes to Energy, we all see it and work with it in our own way. Romy creates space for energy to move and flow and brings that to her coaching sessions. She tunes in to you, the energy around you, and provides insights and information for you to take with you to navigate your next steps. She brings lightness, amusement, and joy to her sessions while delivering powerful messages from the cards and the pictures she sees and reads. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has studied energy work and meditation for several years. She brings her experiences through her own learning into her readings to guide and inspire you on your own path. Her birthday readings are one my very favorite treats!
