An Astral Body Healing includes a reading followed by a healing. The reading is a 60 minute neutral look where you are working in present time. It includes a look at the chakras, topics of your choosing, and any questions you may have.
After the reading, you receive an Astral Body Healing. An Astral Body Healing is a healing to your chakras (including beyond the seven main chakras), your astral body (your subtle body, the part of you that travels out in your dreams when you sleep), and your physical body. The healing raises the vibration of your body and continues beyond the actual healing. The reading and healing combination is a fantastic way to light things up and clear it out, making room for new to come in!
A reading and a healing lasts about and hour. The reading and healing are both done over the phone. As with the reading, the goal of the session is to provide insight and healing, no topic is off limits.
