Whole Body Reset: Cleanse, Renew, Nourish

from $97.00

Spring-time is the time of year in which nature begins to burst to life, and we emerge from the more dormant stage of winter into a season of rebirth and renewals. It is also a time of year when we may experience increased anxiety and frustration, neck and shoulder tension, allergies, digestive issues, and poor sleep as our energy rises and begins to move more fervently! This makes the spring time transition one of the most powerful times of year to learn how to regulate our energy as well as an optimal time to cleanse the body of toxins, stored emotions, and the other indulgences of winter time!

In this brand new series, you will learn how to assess your current body-mind set and then create space for healing through Breathwork, Meditation, Chinese medicine food therapy, Yoga, and Ayurveda, and the option to add a Reading to enhance your clearing for spring!

Class meets virtually 10-11:30am EST, on May 5 and May 19. You can join us live or in your own time – We will be recording each class to enjoy (re-enjoy) whenever you would like!

You can register for class with 2 different options: Confirmation and zoom link will be sent upon registration!

  1. Join us for the 2 classes virtually: $97

  2. (Add on) We are excited to have Elizabeth Guilbeault offering an additional 45-minute reading to enhance your seasonal reset! To be scheduled directly w/ Elizabeth on your own time! + $75

Week 1 (May 5):

Chinese Medicine for Everyday Living: Chinese medicine is about adjusting ourselves to our external circumstances and internal nuances. When we can do this successfully we are living in harmony with our environment, and are inherently happier and healthier humans. In this class, Erica will guide us through some of the more important tenets of Chinese medicine to aid in this seasonal transition – to and through the spring-time  and the time of the Liver. We’ll learn how to gently detoxify, cleanse and support the Liver system through Chinese medicine food and dietary choices. AND we’ll learn some meditation and qigong/breathwork techniques to support and enrich this time of renewal and rebirth.

Week 2 (May 19):

Harness Your Vitality: Yoga and Ayurveda, described as “two sides of the same coin” by Dr. Marc Halpern, are steeped in the roots of ancient philosophy. The study of these traditions are an invitation to bring awareness to our habitual patterning (the matter of us) so that we can be free of what binds us and creates our suffering. In other words, an opportunity to assess where and how our vitality (prana) has accumulated or become untethered in a day, in a season or perhaps in a lifetime. In this class, Alesia will share basic principles of breath, movement and self-care to instill a sense of balance and clarity to support purification as the seasons shift. She will lead us through a gentle yoga practice that is designed to bring awareness to the nuances of your body during these seasonal transitions. She will also introduce us to the wisdom of Ayurveda - a system of self study based upon the elements, seasons and transitions in life as well as on the idea that dis-ease is caused by disturbances of subtle energies within before they show signs in our physical body. If you are new to yoga and Ayurveda that’s ok! Let this be an introduction to some new concepts and ways of self healing.
